‘Dying To Be Born’ is a song written in the tour van while driving through the desert after an all-nighter in Vegas. Lyrically, it is an attempt to portray the cycle of modern culture and one of the many conditions of man, in which we’re never satisfied and always longing for the next thing. It is highlighting our withered ability to live in the moment, as well as calling us to do so, and do so well. Clothed in a punk rock, orchestral sonic attire, it is, at it’s core, a hopeful song.
